How to Use

This invoice generator is simple and intuitive. Follow these steps to create a professional invoice:

Step 1: Fill in company information. In the Company Information section, enter your company or business name, address, phone, email, and tax ID. You can also upload your company logo, which will automatically appear on the invoice. This information appears in the top-left area of the invoice.

Step 2: Fill in client information. In the Client Information section, enter your client's name or company, address, phone, and email. This information appears in the client area of the invoice for easy verification by both parties.

Step 3: Set invoice details. Enter the invoice number (e.g., INV-2025001), invoice date, and due date. Select the appropriate currency from the dropdown. The tool supports 9 major currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, and more.

Step 4: Add line items. In the Line Items table, enter each product or service description, quantity, and unit price. The system automatically calculates the amount for each line and sums them at the bottom. Click "Add Row" to add more items, or click "×" to remove unwanted rows.

Step 5: Set tax and discounts. Enter the applicable tax rate percentage (e.g., 8% for US sales tax) in the tax field, and the system will automatically calculate the tax amount. If offering a discount, enter the discount percentage in the discount field.

Step 6: Preview and print. The invoice preview area updates in real-time so you can check the final result at any time. Once satisfied, click "Print / Save as PDF" and select "Save as PDF" in the print dialog to download a high-quality PDF file.
